Returns policy
We take great care in trying to ensure the right parcel ends ups with the right customer in a pristine condition in the timescale required, but we know that sometimes things can go wrong. Under the laws in England and Wales your statutory rights are covered if you believe the goods are not fit for purpose, not as described or damaged upon receipt. If it is damage caused in transit please send images to show this - as much for our benefit as yours so we can stop it happening again.
You are entitled to a repair, a refund or replacement depending on exactly what's gone wrong. If you receive an item that is damaged when you open it please send us a photo either as a text or WhatsApp to this NUMBER link or an email to angelapixieglass@gmail.com. It would be helpful to provide any other information that may be relevant. It is not possible to gain a refund just because you don't like it.
Parcels are sent with 48 hour tracking via the UK Post Office and any email or mobile number you gave us at point of order should receive those updates so lost parcels should be resolved fairly quickly. This type of shipping also covers insurance for loss; if this has happened a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible once this is identifed.
It is not possible to give an exhaustive list of what can be done to resolve issues as each case will be different; however the sooner you contact us the sooner we can work together to arrive at a satisfactoy resolution. It is always our intention to make sure you end up with a piece of glass artwork that you ordered. If you believe we still haven't resolved the issue please talk to us first as sometimes misunderstandings occur that can easily be rectified..
