In line with UK trading laws, we do not sell your data or information to any outside parties.  Any information you do share with us is strictly for shipping purposes, the occasional marketing campaign (which you are fully able to opt out of) and sometimes just to say hello.  We are also connected on TrustPilot for gathering reviews so you will likely receive some automated emails from them if you purchase via the website.  The only data we hold is given directly from yourself at the time of placing an order or direct contact from yourself which can include (but is not exhaustive) your name, email address, postal address, mobile number and possibly another address where you have asked gifts to be posted to on your behalf.  We do not gather data from external sources.  Unless you have made a direct bank payment all bank details are held with the provider such as PayPal or Klarna and not with Pixie Glass.

Pixie Glass is registered with HMRC as a UK sole trader.  If at any point you wish us to remove your details from our contacts please email angelapixieglass@gmail.com and within 30 days all your details will be deleted from our records.  This notice was updated on 13.05.2023 and will be amended as appropriate should UK laws change regarding privacy and data of customers.
