How we post things to you
Please be aware at this moment we only routinely ship to mainland UK addresses due to the prohibitive cost of overseas postage. The glass parcels when packaged for transit weight can cause costs of up to £40 sterling for overseas postage so if you are outside of the UK please get in touch. We know the weight of each parcel so can quickly tell you how much it willl be to ship to your country and then it's your decision to either accept and pay shipping or decline and receive a refund of any purchase payment that may already be with us. Also, we cannot guarantee our UK timescales when shipping overseas, and cannot guarantee no import tax applied upon receipt into your country.
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail, second class with 48 hour tracking. We ask for an email or mobile number so that the tracking number can be forwarded to you. We ask that you allow up to 10 working days from receipt orf order to receiving your parcel. We aim to get them to you quicker than that but as each piece is hand made to order it can take a little longer. If you have a specific date in mind for a birthday gift as an example we ask that you get in touch and let us know, if it's possible to meet that date then we will but we will always be honest about a true timescale. If a piece is being made from your photograph or specific or unusual request, the 10 days will begin once you sign off the artwork for Pixie to work her kiln magic.
Sometimes, as with life, parcels can get damaged in transit or even lost. If work arrives and it is damaged or broken we ask that you get in touch as soon as possible and send photos to show the damage. Depending on what's happened we will always try and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. If a parcel doesn't arrive and the tracking isn't showing where your parcel is please get in touch as soon as possible and we will aim to resolve it for you. As we are the sender we are able to investigate where the parcel is on it's journey to you.
Please be aware that this isn't a comprehensive list as life changes all the time, but essentially get in touch sooner rather than later to allow us to try and fix whatever may have gone wrong - if we don't know we can't help!
